Elizabeth Merrick-Jefferson is one of those artists who seem low-key. There’s not a lot of information about her, if any, except for the existence of the first two records and a lone interview. One released in 2013 and the other in 2014. Powerful and colourful, direct, and with 313 references embedded in its DNA, she pulls it off with style.

California based producer Damon Bell could not find a more suitable home for his new 12” than Croatian label Burek. Two words that perfectly describe this record are “rich” and “colourful”, and the description is equally applicable to all three cuts.
“Stand By Me” is a synth-heavy piece built around the interplay between track’s rougher sounds and big lush pads.
